Having two lessees on the agreement reduces risk for both parties and increases your chances of approval. The co-applicant provides additional financial backing and shared accountability for the lease payments.
Once you've completed all your lease payments, the trailer is yours — you own it free and clear. That's the "own" in lease-to-own. Many of our clients go on to expand with additional trailers after completing their first lease.
